How to Send Your Files:

After placing your order, please email your audio files and order number to:

To avoid issues with corrupted files or formatting problems, please follow these guidelines:

File Requirements:

• Accepted formats: WAV or AIFF (16-bit or 24-bit preferred)

• Do not send MP3s for mastering unless absolutely necessary

• Do not send ZIP files with executable content or installer files

• Upload via trusted cloud services like WeTransfer, Google Drive, or Dropbox

• Include a message or text file with your preferred loudness target (if any), and whether it’s for streaming, CD, or live playback

• Keep sample rate to 44.1kHz or 48kHz
